At Ebros Gift Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and collectible purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective styrofoam and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
